Booking Policy

The 25% deposit is Non-Refundable, but redeemable off your treatment cost.

All products ordered are prescribed to you as an individual and are unable to be used for others, hence the deposit being non-refundable.

Appointments can be changed at a minimum of 48 hours notice.

 

If you cancel your appointment after this time, your deposit will be lost and another deposit will be required to secure your next treatment.

 

This also applies if you do not show for your appointment.
